Based in Harrison, Arkansas, our mission is to provide Northern Arkansas with reliable, safe, and professional tree care. Spencer Tree Care is your one-stop-shop for all arboricultural needs, ranging from structural pruning and tree/stump removal to diagnostic tree health care and tree risk assessments. We know tree biology and biomechanics, are licensed and insured, and have International Society of Arboriculture (ISA) Certified Arborists on staff.
Our goals
We love trees and aim to increase tree awareness around us and educate the general public about proper tree care practices. Our passion is the urban forest, and residential trees make that urban forest happen. With proper maintenance, we can retain trees with nice strong structures for years to come. We pride ourselves in maintaining a high level of education in the science of tree care and keeping up-to-date with industry standards, using state of the art climbing and rope rigging techniques to care for your trees.
About the Owner
Our owner, Shane Spencer, is a native of Jasper, Arkansas and has been in tree care for over 10 years. Shane has worked locally and throughout the United States and became an ISA-certified Arborist and established Spencer Tree Care in 2015 after recognizing the need in his local community for knowledgeable, professional, and safe tree care. He provides a personal experience to customers by working with them directly to understand their concerns and needs and is on site for all work being performed. Shane takes continuing education courses each year and recently became ISA Tree Risk Assessment Qualified in 2021.
